commemorating the signing of
natural resource development agreements between

 the Crow Tribe of Indians and Big Metal Coal Co. LLC,

a Cloud Peak Energy company

These agreements provide for coal exploration and options to lease on the Crow Indian Reservation

A signing ceremony is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. Mountain Standard Time at the Multi-Purpose Building located at Crow Agency

The ceremony will be followed by an Open House sponsored by Cloud Peak Energy
