Crow Tribe Head Start - Crow Center Heat System Upgrade and Repair

The Crow Tribe is Requesting Quotes for Heating System upgrades/repairs at the Crow Head Start, Crow Center in Crow Agency, MT.

Sealed bids will be accepted until 3:00 pm, Thursday January 23, 2014 at the Crow Tribe Head Program, Located in the Crow Tribe Administration Building or by mailing to Crow Tribe Head Start P.O. Box 159 Crow Agency, MT 59022. You must indicate on the outside that it is a bid for “Heating System”. Bids will be open at 3:30 pm on the bid closing day.

The intent of the project is for the successful bidder (Contractor) to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supplies and proper disposal and to perform all work required to complete the project.

The work shall consist of removing and updating heating system at the Crow Center. Contractor will be responsible for the cleaning and proper removal of debris.

Contractors seeking to bid on this project should be aware they must be Indian-certified as defined in the Crow Tribe Workforce Protection Act (“WPA”), CLB 09-01, as amended by CLB 10-04, and will be required to comply with the requirements of the WPA and the implementing Crow Tribal Employment Rights(“TERO Regulations), adopted June 2011. Copies of the Crow WPA and TERO Regulations are available from the Tribe’s TERO Office and should be reviewed in order to ensure compliance.

Contractor and any sub-contractor doing work on this project will be required to obtain registration and be registered with the Crow Tribe Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) prior to bidding on this project. The Crow Tribe reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and make award to the contractor whose bid is responsive and is in the best interests of the Crow Tribe.
